Mapico Accent chair

The upholstery for each chair is handwoven from sheep's wool in the Carpathian Mountains, using a technique that has proven its durability through centuries of daily use by the Hutsul people.

The seat base is padded with hand-spun hemp fabric for natural, breathable comfort.

The legs and frame are crafted from solid ash wood. The chair's design is deliberately minimal, built with as few components as possible — a deceptively simple structure that one of Ukraine's finest carpenters spent months perfecting for strength and stability. Each chair is made entirely by hand, by the same craftsman, from start to finish. The process takes time, but every detail is considered, and nothing is left to chance.
